1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using upliftmurals.com (the “Site”) and registering for any classes, workshops, or training programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase Services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or misuse any content or materials.

3. Registration for Classes and Workshops

Registration for classes, workshops, or training programs is subject to availability and acceptance by Uplift Murals and Team Building. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any class or program at our discretion. In the event of cancellation by Uplift Murals and Team Building, registered attendees will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future session.

4. Payments, Fees, and Credit Card Processing

If you purchase any Services through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Uplift Murals and Team Building (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes and credit card processing fees.

Applicable taxes and credit card processing fees will be added to each transaction where required. All charges will be clearly itemized and displayed prior to completion of your purchase and reflected on your final invoice or receipt.

All payment transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors. Uplift Murals and Team Building does not store or process full credit card information and is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or security breaches occurring on the payment processor’s systems.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided, and

• The payment information you supply is accurate and complete.

5. Refunds, Transfers, and Substitutions

Refunds are permitted, subject to reasonable administrative requirements and any specific refund terms communicated at the time of registration. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled class or program.

In lieu of a refund, registrations may be transferred to a future class or reassigned to another attendee, subject to availability and advance notice. Uplift Murals and Team Building reserves the right to limit or decline transfers that are requested at the last minute or that would disrupt program operations.

Credit card processing fees and applicable taxes may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Site or as part of any class, workshop, or training program—including instructional content, designs, templates, presentations, demonstrations, and other educational materials—are owned by or licensed to Uplift Murals and Team Building and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use during the class and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the class without prior written permission.

Artwork created by participants during classes, workshops, or training programs is the sole property of the participant who created it. Uplift Murals and Team Building does not claim any ownership rights in participant-created paintings or artwork, and participants are free to use, display, reproduce, or share images of their completed work as they wish.

7. User Conduct

You agree to participate in classes and programs in a respectful and professional manner. Uplift Murals and Team Building reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms, without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Uplift Murals and Team Building makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or success from participation in any class, workshop, or training program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift Murals and Team Building shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uplift Murals and Team Building from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, participation in the Services, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other participants or the operation of the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or participation in Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
